• Order details — the packages you buy, order time and status.

We never see or store your card number or payment credentials. Payments are handled entirely by our payment processors (PayPal / Stripe).

• CraftingStore — the platform this store runs on, which processes orders on our behalf.
• PayPal / Stripe — payment processing, under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

The store uses only functional cookies (session and basket). We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your data

Order delivery, receipts, fraud prevention and customer support. We never sell your data.

Your rights

To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us on our communications server. Data needed for fraud prevention or accounting may be retained where the law requires it.
