Terms of Service

Welcome to the official store of Unstable Remake ("the network", "we", "us"). By purchasing from this store you agree to these terms in full.

1. Virtual goods

  • All products sold here are virtual, in-game items (ranks, crate keys, bulk packs and similar perks) for the Unstable Remake Minecraft network.
  • Purchases grant a limited, revocable licence to use these items on our network. They have no real-world monetary value and may not be resold, traded or transferred.
  • Items, perks and prices may be adjusted at any time for game balance. The network may be reset, updated or discontinued; virtual items are not guaranteed to exist forever.

2. Purchases & delivery

  • You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username at checkout. Items delivered to a mistyped username cannot be recovered.
  • Delivery is automatic and normally completes within minutes. If you are online, relog. If your items have not arrived after 30 minutes, contact us on our communications server.
  • Payment processing fees may apply per payment method and are shown at checkout (e.g. PayPal +15%).

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law. Everything sold in this store is a virtual item delivered automatically and almost instantly to your Minecraft account — once delivered, it cannot be "returned".

  • If your purchase did not arrive within 30 minutes, contact us on our communications server with your Minecraft username and order email — we will investigate and redeliver where appropriate.
  • Items sent to a mistyped username cannot be recovered or refunded, so double-check your name at checkout.
  • Punishments (mutes, kicks, bans) are never grounds for a refund.

4. Chargebacks

  • Any form of chargeback will result in a permanent ban from the network.
  • Opening a payment dispute instead of contacting us is treated as fraud: the associated account is banned and all purchased items are revoked across the network.
  • If you believe a payment was made in error, talk to us first — genuine mistakes are resolved far faster than any dispute.

5. Conduct & bans

Purchases do not exempt you from network rules, and banned accounts forfeit purchased items.

6. Minors

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing, and they must agree to these terms on your behalf.

7. General

Unstable Remake is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. This store runs on the CraftingStore platform, whose terms also apply to order processing. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the store constitutes acceptance.
